Choline is a nutrient the body makes in small amounts and gets mainly from eggs, liver and fish. Most people take in less than the adequate intake.
Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function, to normal fat metabolism and to normal homocysteine metabolism. It is also the building block of acetylcholine, a messenger in the nervous system.
Each capsule provides choline as bitartrate with nothing else apart from the vegetable shell. It is often chosen by people who eat few eggs, and by those who take it alongside B vitamins.

Choline provides nutrients that support mental clarity and focus.
Take in the morning for cognitive support throughout the day.
Many notice improved focus within 1-2 weeks.
The authorised claims for choline are that it contributes to normal liver function, normal lipid metabolism and normal homocysteine metabolism. There is no authorised claim for choline and concentration, so Nutri Tailor makes none.
If you take prescribed medicines, check with your prescriber or pharmacist before starting. Nutri365 can also check for interactions and contraindications.
Choline bitartrate is choline bound to tartaric acid and is the plainest and cheapest way to raise choline intake, which is what most people are short of. Citicoline and alpha-GPC are choline compounds that cross into the brain more readily and are the forms used in studies of memory and attention; they cost several times more per milligram of choline. If the aim is to top up dietary choline, bitartrate does the job. If the aim is a nootropic effect, look at citicoline or alpha-GPC.
Tablets need binders, fillers and a coating to hold their shape. A capsule is a cellulose shell around the powder, so it carries no binders and breaks down quickly once swallowed.
