This is whey protein isolate, which is whey filtered until it is mostly protein with most of the lactose and fat removed. It is flavoured with fat reduced cocoa and sweetened with stevia and thaumatin.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. Whey isolate is taken after training or to raise daily protein intake without much fat or sugar.
Each scoop provides a high dose of protein with a little fibre from the cocoa. There are no artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives, and the milk comes from grass fed cows.

How much protein is in a scoop, and how long does 1kg last?
Each 28g scoop gives you 21.6g of protein and only 1.1g of carbohydrate, the lowest of the flavoured wheys. It also includes 50mg of the DigeZyme enzyme blend. A 1kg bag is about 35 scoops, so five weeks at one a day.
When should I take protein?
Ideal within 30-60 minutes post-workout, or between meals.
How much protein do I need daily?
Most adults benefit from 1.2-2g per kg bodyweight.
Can I use this for meal replacement?
Protein supplements work best alongside whole foods, not as complete meal replacements. Add healthy fats and fibre for a balanced shake.
Is this suitable for lactose intolerance?
Whey isolate contains minimal lactose. For complete avoidance, choose plant-based protein options.
