Each capsule provides 415mg of the Combocillus blend at 10 billion colony forming units per gram: Lactobacillus bulgaricus LMG 27274, Lactobacillus acidophilus LMG 8151, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LMG 25626, Lactobacillus casei LMG 6904, Lactobacillus plantarum LMG 26367, Bifidobacterium breve LMG 11613 and Bifidobacterium bifidum LMG 25628. The other ingredients are maltodextrin and the vegetable capsule shell. Multi strain probiotic and seven strain probiotic are other names for it.
How to take it
Take one capsule once a day before food, ideally 20 to 30 minutes before breakfast with a glass of water. Consistency matters more than dose, so take it every day for several weeks rather than now and then.
