How much glycine is in each capsule, and how long does a pot last?
Each capsule is 470mg of pure glycine in a vegetarian capsule. At one capsule a day a pot of 100 lasts just over three months. If you take a higher dose in the evening, around 6 capsules, a pot lasts about two and a half weeks.
Who is glycine best for?
People who want to run the dose the sleep research used (around 3 g before bed) and judge it for themselves, people taking a collagen product who want extra glycine alongside it, and vegans and vegetarians who get less glycine without meat and bone broth. There is no authorised health claim for glycine, so Nutri Tailor does not promise an outcome from it.

Why capsules rather than tablets?
Tablets need binders, fillers and a coating to hold their shape. A capsule is a cellulose shell around the powder, so it carries no binders and breaks down quickly once swallowed.
