Heart Support Capsules give you the nutrients most involved in heart and circulation in one capsule: thiamine, vitamin B6, folate, B12, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc with coenzyme Q10, grapeseed extract, quercetin and astaxanthin. Two capsules provide 4mg of thiamine, 546mcg of folate, 112mg of magnesium, 200mg of grapeseed extract, 100mg of quercetin and 50mg of CoQ10. You take two capsules once a day with breakfast. One pot holds 60 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 2mg of thiamine as thiamine pyrophosphate, 1.7mg of vitamin B6 as P5P, 273mcg of folate as methylfolate and 5mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. It also provides 18mg of vitamin C, 56mg of magnesium and 4mg of zinc, with 100mg of grapeseed extract at 15 to 1, 50mg of quercetin, 25mg of coenzyme Q10 and 0.6mg of astaxanthin. How to take it
Take two capsules once a day with breakfast. A meal with some fat helps the coenzyme Q10 and astaxanthin absorb. Grapeseed extract can have a mild effect on how the blood clots, so speak to your prescriber before starting if you take a blood thinner.
