This capsule provides vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 as menaquinone 7. The two are most often taken together because both act on calcium.
Vitamin D supports the immune system, muscle function and the absorption of calcium, and vitamin K contributes to normal bones and normal blood clotting. Together they cover how calcium is taken up and where it goes.
