Immunomax Immune Support Capsules give you the vitamins, minerals and plant compounds most involved in immune function in one capsule: vitamin C, vitamin D3, zinc, selenium, copper, folate, B6 and B12 with olive leaf extract, astaxanthin and L-glutamine. Four capsules a day provide 560mg of vitamin C, 14mcg of vitamin D3, 17.2mg of zinc, 56mcg of selenium, 560mg of glutamine and 338mg of olive leaf. You take two capsules twice a day with meals. One pot holds 120 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 140mg of vitamin C, 3.5mcg of vitamin D3, 4.3mg of zinc as bisglycinate, 14mcg of selenium, 0.3mg of copper, 1.4mg of vitamin B6 as P5P, 139mcg of folate as methylfolate and 70mcg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, with 1.3mg of vitamin E and 4.7mg of mixed tocotrienols, 14mcg of vitamin K2 and 340mcg of vitamin A as beta carotene.
It also provides 140mg of L-glutamine, 84.5mg of olive leaf extract at 20% oleuropein and 1.1mg of astaxanthin, with small amounts of plant squalene and phytosterols. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose. Immune complex and immune support supplement are other names for it.
How to take it
Take two capsules twice a day with meals, two with breakfast and two with dinner. Food helps the fat soluble vitamins absorb and keeps the zinc and B vitamins comfortable on the stomach.

The capsules are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts.

Does it have side effects?
Taken with meals it is well tolerated. Zinc on an empty stomach can cause nausea, which taking it with food avoids. If you take prescribed tablets, are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your GP or pharmacist first.
