Inflammite Capsules give you vitamins A, C, D3, E, K2 and B6 with magnesium, olive leaf extract, turmeric, quercetin, resveratrol, pine bark and astaxanthin in one capsule, a broad formula rather than a single extract. Four capsules a day provide 300mg of olive leaf, 250mg of turmeric at 95% curcuminoids, 200mg of quercetin and 100mg of marine pine bark, with 200mg of vitamin C. You take two capsules twice a day with meals. One pot holds 120 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 75mg of olive leaf extract at 20% oleuropein, 62.5mg of turmeric at 95% curcuminoids, 50mg of quercetin, 25mg of Polygonum cuspidatum extract at 10% resveratrol, 25mg of marine pine bark at 95% OPC, 500mcg of astaxanthin and 630mcg of piperine. Smaller amounts of plant squalene, phytosterols and zeaxanthin complete the plant side.
Vitamins and minerals in each capsule are vitamin C 50mg, vitamin B6 1.28mg, magnesium 23.4mg, vitamin D3 3.1mcg, vitamin K2 12.5mcg, vitamin E 0.75mg with 2.7mg of tocotrienols and vitamin A 300mcg as beta carotene. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose.
How to take it
Take two capsules twice a day with meals. Food that contains some fat helps the fat soluble parts absorb. Four a day is the full amount, while two a day with one meal is the maintenance amount. The formula contains piperine, which can change how the body handles some prescribed tablets, so check with your prescriber if you take any.

When is the best time to take it?
With meals that contain some fat, so the fat soluble vitamins and the curcuminoids absorb. Breakfast and dinner work well for most people.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. Count the turmeric and quercetin if you also take Turmeric and Piperine Capsules or Quercetin Capsules.
How long does it take to work?
Allow four to six weeks of daily use before you judge it, because curcuminoids build their effect over weeks.
Does it have side effects?
Taken with meals it is well tolerated. The piperine can change how the body handles some prescribed tablets, so speak to your prescriber before starting if you take any.
