When should I take Magnesium Citrate?

Can I take magnesium with other supplements?
Magnesium pairs well with vitamin D, zinc and B vitamins. Space it from calcium by around 2 hours for absorption.
How much magnesium is in each capsule, and how long does a pot last?
Each capsule gives you 85mg of elemental magnesium as citrate. At 2 capsules twice a day (340mg) a pot of 90 lasts about three weeks. At 2 capsules once a day (170mg) it lasts six weeks.

Why capsules rather than tablets?
Tablets need binders, fillers and a coating to hold their shape. A capsule is a cellulose shell around the powder, so it carries no binders and breaks down quickly once swallowed.
