Memorymax Capsules give you twenty nutrients and plant compounds the brain uses in one capsule, built around magnesium, choline and biotin with resveratrol, L-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, turmeric, coenzyme Q10, glutathione, lutein and astaxanthin. Five capsules a day provide 200mg of choline, 300mg of resveratrol extract, 250mg each of carnitine and ALA, 200mg of turmeric extract and 100mg each of coenzyme Q10 and glutathione. You take three capsules in the morning and two in the evening, with food. One pot holds 150 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 60mg of Polygonum cuspidatum extract at 10% resveratrol, 50mg of L-carnitine as tartrate, 50mg of alpha lipoic acid, 40mg of choline, 40mg of turmeric extract at 95% curcuminoids, 20mg of coenzyme Q10, 20mg of reduced glutathione, 2mg of lutein, 800mcg of astaxanthin and 400mcg of piperine, with 19mg of magnesium as citrate, 20mcg of biotin, 0.9mg of vitamin E and 3.4mg of mixed tocotrienols. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose.
How to take it
Take three capsules in the morning with food and two in the evening with food. Meals that contain some fat help the fat soluble compounds absorb. Allow six to eight weeks of daily use before you judge it. The formula contains piperine, which can change how the body handles some prescribed tablets, so check with your prescriber if you take any.

Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. It is designed to be taken alongside a B complex and Omega 3 Fish Oil Softgels. Count the choline, CoQ10 and turmeric if you take those separately.
