What is in it
Four capsules provide 20mcg of vitamin D, 428mcg of vitamin B12, 620mcg of folate, 170mg of vitamin C and 8.8mg of thiamin, with vitamins A, E and K2 and the rest of the B vitamins. The minerals are calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium, molybdenum and iodine. On top come 213mg each of alpha lipoic acid, glutamine and betaine, 85mg of choline and 43mg of coenzyme Q10, with astaxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin. Every nutrient and its amount is on the label. Men's multivitamin and men's vitamins over 40 are other names for it.
How to take it
Take four capsules a day with food, all at once with a meal or split across two. A meal with some fat in it helps the fat soluble vitamins, the coenzyme Q10 and the astaxanthin absorb.
