Multivitamin for Women 40 Plus provides the full range of vitamins and minerals without iron, with the B vitamins in their active forms and vitamin D3 and K2. It adds alpha lipoic acid and L-carnitine.
The nutrients in it contribute to normal energy release, the immune system, bones, skin and vision, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is balanced for daily use over the long term.
Three to five capsules a day with food provides the amount, and the dose can be adjusted. It is often chosen by women who no longer need iron and want a multivitamin built for the years after forty.
