What is in it
Five capsules provide 25mcg of vitamin D, 255mcg of vitamin B12, 370mcg of folate, 100mg of vitamin C and 80mcg of vitamin K2, with vitamins A and E, mixed tocotrienols and the rest of the B vitamins in their active forms. The minerals are calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chromium, molybdenum, iodine and boron, with no iron. Alpha lipoic acid and L-carnitine come at 255mg each across five capsules, with choline, silicon, inositol, lutein, astaxanthin and zeaxanthin alongside.
