NADH is the reduced, active coenzyme form of niacin, vitamin B3. It is the form that carries energy inside cells.
Vitamin B3 is needed for releasing energy from food, for the nervous system and for psychological function, and it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. NADH is the form used in the reactions themselves.

What is NADH and how is it different from niacin?
NADH is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B3, participating directly in the mitochondrial electron transport chain where ATP is made. Standard niacin and niacinamide must first be converted; NADH is immediately available.
How much NADH is in each capsule?
1mg of NADH per capsule, one daily. 30 capsules per pot.
Does NADH cause flushing?
No. Flushing is associated with niacin (nicotinic acid). NADH does not cause the flushing reaction.
What is NAD+ and why does it matter?
NAD+ and its reduced form NADH are coenzymes present in every cell, central to converting food into cellular energy. NADH supplementation provides the reduced, electron-carrying form directly.
Can B vitamins make me feel overstimulated?
Some people are sensitive to certain B vitamins. Start with a lower dose and take with food if you notice you feel overstimulated.

Why capsules rather than tablets?
