Nutrient Phase 1 and 2 provides vitamins A, C, D3, E and K2, the B vitamins, minerals and amino acids including glutamine, glycine and NAC. It supplies the cofactors the liver uses in both of its processing phases.
The B vitamins and vitamin C contribute to normal energy release, and vitamin C and zinc to the immune system. The amino acids glycine, glutamine and cysteine are the ones the liver joins to compounds in its second phase.
One capsule once or twice a day with meals provides the amount, starting with one. It is often chosen by people who take it under practitioner advice as part of a programme.
