Nutrient Phase 1 and 2 Capsules give you the vitamins, minerals and amino acids the liver uses in both of its processing phases, in one capsule. Vitamins A, C, D3, E and K2 and the eight B vitamins sit alongside nine minerals, with glutamine, glycine and N-acetyl cysteine. You take one capsule once or twice a day with meals, starting with one. One pot holds 90 capsules, which is 90 days at one a day or 45 at two.

The B vitamins and vitamin C contribute to normal energy release from food, while vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, selenium, copper, folate, B6 and B12 all contribute to the normal function of the immune system. What is in it
Each capsule provides vitamin C 138mg, vitamin D3 21.3mcg, vitamin E 52mg, vitamin K2 5.3mcg and vitamin A 1,300mcg as beta carotene, with the B vitamins in their active forms: thiamine 0.47mg, riboflavin 1.8mg, niacin 6.9mg, vitamin B6 3.4mg as P5P, folate 64.3mcg as methylfolate, vitamin B12 114.3mcg, biotin 21.3mcg and pantothenic acid 22mg.
The minerals are zinc 4.9mg, copper 0.5mg, manganese 2.7mg, selenium 30.4mcg, chromium 10.6mcg, iodine 16.2mcg, calcium 24mg, magnesium 15mg and potassium 5.3mg. The amino acids are L-glutamine 46mg, L-glycine 18mg, N-acetyl cysteine 18mg, with inositol 8.2mg and choline 2.1mg. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose.
How to take it
Take one capsule once or twice a day with meals. Start with one and add the second if you want it, which keeps the introduction gradual. Food helps the fat soluble vitamins absorb.
Diet and allergens
The capsules are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts. Anyone under 16 should not take them.
