What is in it
Three capsules provide the full B vitamin complex with 126mcg of vitamin B12 and 180mcg of folate. They also give you vitamins A, C, D3, E and K2 with 10mcg of vitamin D, plus nine minerals including 7.5mg of zinc, 24mcg of selenium and 39mcg of iodine. The vitamin E includes mixed tocotrienols, while astaxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin come alongside. Every nutrient and its amount is on the label. How to take it
Take three capsules a day with meals, split across the day, for example one with breakfast and two with lunch. Several of the nutrients are fat soluble, so a meal with some fat in it helps them absorb. The B vitamins are best taken earlier in the day.

The capsules are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. They are free from gluten, dairy and nuts.
