Nutrimax is a multivitamin and mineral providing the full B vitamin complex, vitamins A, C, D3, E and K2, and nine minerals including zinc, selenium and iodine. It also includes astaxanthin, lutein and zeaxanthin.
The nutrients in Nutrimax contribute to normal energy release, the immune system, bones, skin and vision, and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is balanced for daily use over the long term.
The B vitamins are in their active forms, vitamin E includes mixed tocotrienols, and there is no iron. It is often chosen by people who want one daily capsule that covers the basics without iron.

How long does a pot last, and how should I split the dose?
The dose is 3 capsules a day with meals, so a pot of 180 lasts 60 days. Splitting them across meals, for example one with breakfast and two with lunch, keeps nutrient levels steadier through the day and is easier on the stomach.

Why capsules rather than tablets?
Tablets need binders, fillers and a coating to hold their shape. A capsule is a cellulose shell around the powder, so it carries no binders and breaks down quickly once swallowed.
