OptimEyes Eye Support Capsules give you the compounds concentrated in the eye in one capsule: lutein, zeaxanthin, bilberry, grapeseed extract and astaxanthin with vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D3, K2, zinc, copper and selenium. Three capsules a day provide 9.9mg of lutein, 504mcg of zeaxanthin, 201mg of bilberry, 501mg of grapeseed and 4mg of astaxanthin. You take one capsule three times a day with meals. One pot holds 90 capsules, which is a 30 day supply.

What is in it
Each capsule provides 167mg of grapeseed extract at 95% OPC, 67mg of bilberry, 3.3mg of lutein, 1.35mg of astaxanthin and 168mcg of zeaxanthin, with 67mg of vitamin C, 5mg of zinc as bisglycinate, 0.33mg of copper, 17mcg of selenium, 4.2mcg of vitamin D3, 17mcg of vitamin K2 and 200mcg of vitamin A as beta carotene. The capsule shell is vegetable cellulose. Eye vitamins and lutein zeaxanthin supplement are other names people search for.
How to take it
Take one capsule three times a day with meals, one with breakfast, one with lunch and one with dinner. Meals that contain some fat help the lutein, zeaxanthin, astaxanthin and fat soluble vitamins absorb. The pigments build up in the eye over eight to twelve weeks, so give it that long before you judge it.

How many capsules should I take a day?

Does it replace an eye test?
