What is in it

How to take it
Take one capsule a day with food. The meal matters, because the betaine HCl is meant to work alongside the food in the stomach. It is designed for daily use over months rather than a short course.

How many capsules should I take a day?
One a day with food, so one pot lasts 90 days.
When is the best time to take it?
With a main meal, so the betaine HCl is in the stomach with the food. Dinner suits most people, because it is usually the largest meal.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes. Combocillus Probiotic Capsules before breakfast are the usual partner, so the gut is restocked while this runs. Keep two hours from Activated Coconut Charcoal Capsules if you take those, because charcoal binds whatever it meets.
How long should I take it for?

Does it have side effects?
