Propolis is the resin bees make from tree buds to seal the hive. This capsule provides a 5 to 1 propolis extract standardised for its flavonoid content, equivalent to about 1.3 g of raw propolis.
Propolis has a long history of traditional use and is rich in flavonoids. People take it as a supplement in the colder months, often alongside vitamin C and zinc.
Each capsule provides propolis extract with calcium phosphate and silicon dioxide. It is a bee product, so it is not suitable for vegans or for anyone allergic to bee products.
