This is whey protein isolate, which is whey filtered until it is mostly protein with most of the lactose and fat removed. It is flavoured with strawberry powder and natural flavouring and sweetened with stevia and thaumatin.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. Whey isolate is taken after training or to raise daily protein intake without much fat or sugar.
Each scoop provides a high dose of protein with a little natural sugar from the fruit. There are no artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives, and the milk comes from grass fed cows.
