This is whey protein isolate, which is whey filtered until it is mostly protein with most of the lactose and fat removed. It is flavoured with natural vanilla and sweetened with stevia and thaumatin.
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. Whey isolate is taken after training or to raise daily protein intake without much fat or sugar.
Each scoop provides a high dose of protein and very little else, with no artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives. The milk comes from grass fed cows.

Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla is free from artificial additives that can cause digestive issues.
When should I take protein?

How much protein do I need daily?
Most adults benefit from 1.2-2g per kg bodyweight.
Can I use this for meal replacement?
Protein supplements work best alongside whole foods, not as complete meal replacements. Add healthy fats and fibre for a balanced shake.
Is this suitable for lactose intolerance?
It is a whey isolate, so most of the lactose has been filtered out and many people who react to milk find isolate comfortable, but it is made from milk and contains milk protein. It is not suitable for a milk allergy.
What is it sweetened with?
Stevia (Reb A) and thaumatin, a sweet protein from the West African katemfe fruit. There is no sucralose, aspartame or acesulfame K. The unflavoured isolate has no sweetener at all.
