Inositol is a naturally occurring compound closely related to the B vitamin family. It plays a key role in cellular signalling, particularly in the pathways that regulate insulin, serotonin and other neurotransmitters.

Each capsule provides 500mg of inositol in a clean formulation with no additional fillers. Inositol is most commonly recommended for hormonal balance (particularly in PCOS, where it supports insulin sensitivity and ovarian function), anxiety (where it modulates serotonin receptor signalling), and sleep (where it supports the calming neurotransmitter pathways).

Research has shown that myo-inositol at doses of 2 to 4g per day can improve insulin sensitivity and menstrual regularity in women with PCOS. For anxiety support, higher doses of 4 to 6g daily have been studied with positive results. At these higher doses, capsules can be supplemented with inositol powder for convenience.

Inositol has an excellent safety profile and can be taken with or without food. It does not cause sedation and is compatible with most other supplements and medications.

Take 2 to 3 capsules, 1 to 3 times per day with or without food.

The dose depends on the purpose. For general health support, 2 capsules once per day (1000mg) is sufficient. For hormonal balance or PCOS support, 4 to 8 capsules per day (2000 to 4000mg) is the range used in research. For anxiety, higher doses may be appropriate under practitioner guidance.
