Directions for use:

Take 2 capsules twice per day, 5 to 10 minutes before a meal.

Taking Digestade shortly before eating allows the betaine HCl and bromelain to be present in the stomach when food arrives, supporting the digestive process from the start. The two largest meals of the day are usually the best times.

Directions for use:

Take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch.

Directions for use:

Take 10 drops in 250ml of water, once or twice per day with or just after a meal.

Taking zinc with food reduces the chance of nausea. Add the drops to a glass of water and drink during or immediately after your meal.

For targeted immune support when feeling unwell, the dose can be increased to 15 drops in 250ml water, three times per day with meals. This higher dose should not be continued for longer than 4 weeks, after which you should return to the maintenance dose.

The 4 capsule dose provides 2200mg of protease blend. For meals containing gluten or dairy when complete avoidance is difficult (such as dining out), the full 4 capsule dose provides maximum DPP IV coverage. For routine meals without known trigger foods, a lower dose of 2 capsules may be sufficient.
