Directions for use:
Take 2 to 4 capsules once per day with dinner.

The K2 in this formula is all trans MK 7, the most active and longest lasting form of vitamin K2. MK 7 remains active in the body for up to 72 hours, compared to just a few hours for the MK 4 form, which means it provides sustained support throughout the day.
In the UK, limited sunlight between October and March means most people do not produce enough vitamin D during the winter months. Public Health England recommends supplementation during this period. Many nutritional therapists advise year round use for those who spend most of their time indoors.
