Omega 3 Fish Oil Softgels

Ingredients
This softgel provides concentrated omega 3 from the flesh of anchovy, sardine and mackerel, with EPA and DHA in a 3 to 2 ratio and vitamin E to keep it stable. The oil comes from the fish, not the liver, and the shell is fish gelatin.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart at 250 mg a day, and DHA to normal brain function and vision. Oily fish is the food source, and most people in the UK eat less than the recommended two portions a week.
Each softgel provides a gram of omega 3 concentrate, with more EPA and DHA per capsule than a standard fish oil. It is taken with dinner.
Vitamin D3 and K2 Capsules
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting.
Ingredients
This capsule provides vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 as menaquinone 7. The two are most often taken together because both act on calcium.
Vitamin D supports the immune system, muscle function and the absorption of calcium, and vitamin K contributes to normal bones and normal blood clotting. Together they cover how calcium is taken up and where it goes.
Each capsule provides a high dose of D3 with K2 and nothing else apart from the vegetable shell. It is often chosen by people who have tested low in vitamin D and want one capsule a day.

Ingredients
Antioxidant Formula combines vitamins C, E, D3 and beta carotene with plant compounds including olive leaf, turmeric, green tea, broccoli extract, marine pine bark, lutein and astaxanthin. It also includes coenzyme Q10 and alpha lipoic acid.
Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and vitamins C and D support the immune system. The plant compounds and coenzyme Q10 are the antioxidants the body cannot make enough of on its own.
