Niacin (NADH)
Increases energy levels, prevents age related ill health and acts as a potent antioxidant
Boost cellular energy production and support heart health with bioactive vitamin B3
NADH (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, reduced form) is the active coenzyme form of vitamin B3 (niacin) and is a direct participant in the mitochondrial electron transport chain, the final step of cellular energy production where ATP is generated. Each capsule provides 1mg of NADH. Unlike standard niacin or niacinamide supplements, NADH does not need to be converted before it can participate in energy metabolism. It is immediately available to donate electrons for ATP production.
NADH is particularly relevant for conditions involving mitochondrial dysfunction and cellular energy deficits, including chronic fatigue, jet lag, cognitive decline and recovery from illness. It has been specifically studied in chronic fatigue syndrome, where it may help supports cellular energy production that is impaired. NADH also plays a role in neurotransmitter synthesis, contributing to the production of dopamine, noradrenaline and serotonin. The vegetarian capsule shell makes this suitable for most dietary requirements.

Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (capsule), NADH.
Directions for use:
Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times per day with meals, starting with the lowest dose and gradually increasing if required.
Begin with 2 capsules once daily (2mg) and increase to 2 capsules twice daily (4mg) or 2 capsules three times daily (6mg) based on response. Some practitioners recommend taking NADH on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, particularly when using it for energy support or jet lag.
NADH is a component of several Nutri Tailor bundles including Energy Optimiser, Fatigue Recovery and Frequent Flyer. When used as a standalone product, it provides targeted mitochondrial energy support. Allow 2 to 4 weeks to assess the energy response at each dose level before increasing.
Elderberry Immune Support
Improves immune resilience
Boost immune resilience and helps the body resist infections with concentrated elderberry extract
Elderberry Immune Support combines four evidence based immune ingredients in a single capsule: elderberry extract, N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), vitamin C and zinc.
Each capsule provides 159mg of elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra), equivalent to 3g of whole elderberries. Elderberry is rich in anthocyanins, the dark purple pigments that have demonstrated antiviral and immune stimulating properties in clinical research. NAC at 159mg supports glutathione production, the body's primary intracellular antioxidant, which plays a direct role in immune cell function and respiratory health. Vitamin C (32mg) and zinc (6mg) provide foundational immune support.
This formula is designed for both daily immune maintenance and as an increased dose option during acute illness. The combination of antiviral (elderberry), antioxidant (NAC, vitamin C) and immune modulating (zinc) ingredients provides broader support than any single ingredient alone.

Directions for use:
Take 2 capsules once or twice per day with meals.
For daily immune maintenance, 2 capsules once per day provides consistent baseline support. During cold and flu season, or at the first signs of illness, increase to 2 capsules twice per day.
Taking with food improves zinc tolerance and supports overall absorption.
Magnesium Bisglycinate
Improves sleep quality, efficacy and duration. Also useful for anxiety and mood
Improve sleep, ease muscle tension and reduce stress with highly absorbable magnesium
Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, supporting muscle function, nervous system health, energy production and sleep. Despite its importance, most people in the UK do not get enough magnesium from their diet alone.
This supplement uses a blend of magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium oxide. The bisglycinate form is magnesium chelated to the amino acid glycine, which improves absorption and has a calming effect on the brain. Glycine itself supports sleep quality and relaxation. The oxide component increases the total elemental magnesium per capsule, giving you 133mg of magnesium in each one.
Bisglycinate is one of the best tolerated forms of magnesium. Unlike magnesium citrate, which can loosen the bowels at higher doses, bisglycinate is gentle on the stomach and suitable for long term daily use.
This form is particularly well suited for anyone experiencing stress, poor sleep, muscle tension or cramps. It pairs well with vitamin B6 and vitamin D, both of which support magnesium absorption and utilisation. Most people notice improvements in sleep quality and muscle tension within 1 to 2 weeks, with broader benefits for mood and stress resilience developing over 4 to 8 weeks.

Magnesium Bisglycinate/Oxide, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (capsule)
Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule with breakfast and 2 capsules with dinner.
This provides 399mg of elemental magnesium daily, which is within the beneficial range recommended by nutritional therapists for stress, sleep and muscle support.
Splitting the dose across two meals improves absorption and reduces the chance of any digestive sensitivity. The larger evening dose supports the calming and sleep promoting effects of the glycinate form.
If sleep is a particular concern, an additional 2 capsules can be taken 30 minutes before bed. This increases the total daily magnesium to 665mg, which is appropriate for short term use when sleep quality needs additional support.
Magnesium levels build gradually in the body. For best results, maintain consistent daily use over at least 4 to 8 weeks.

How to boost your results
Aeroplane cabins are kept at 10-20% humidity which will cause us to dehydrate rapidly. Aim to increase your water intake by 500-750ml per day for the 2-3 days before you fly, then continuously sip whilst travelling. Adding extra electrolytes to your drinking water will also benefit you.
Eating in the air is tough going for the gut. If possible, try to have a good meal 2 hours before flying and then avoid eating on the plane. If there is no way round eating on the plane then choose easy to digest, protein rich meals. Also avoid mindlessly snacking on the plane.
Before you travel try to do some form of gentle physical activity (yoga, pilates, swim or a gentle jog), or walk a lot in the airport before you board. Then, set a reminder to stand up and stretch, squat and do calf raises to get your muscles moving to prevent lymph stagnation. 5-10 minutes once an hour on the flight is recommended.
